Kimberly Orr-Monto
Kimberly Orr- Monto started her career in 2005. It didn’t take long for her to have a following of clients that appreciate her attention to detail. Kimberly loves owning a salon so that she and her team can create the perfect experience. She feels that building staff through apprenticeship is the best approach so that all of the stylists have the same core training and workmanship. She has trained under some of the nation’s best stylists and educators making her one of the most sought-after stylists in the Vero Beach area. When not at the salon Kimberly enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, working out and dining out.
Katharine Smith
Kat moved to Sebastian, Fl from Wales in the UK with her parents and younger brother and sister in 2010. Kat has always loved creating special styles for people, this started around the age of 3 when she would lovingly work on her father’s hair in order to create a style for his day, this often consisted of varied colored hair clips and specialized pieces. It was clear to her family that this was a passion of hers. Fast forward to her early teens when she would create colors and styles for herself and her siblings. This would involve coloring, cutting and styling to keep the family on-trend with current styles. During her later teens and early twenties during the period when she moved to the states, she would often cut and color her own, friends, siblings and parents’ hair, just for fun. When she decided to pursue hairdressing as a career she carried out her education on a part-time basis at The Salon Professional Academy in Melbourne Fl. Her skill, personality, and enthusiasm helped her to secure a position with Hair Envy Inc straight out of school. Kat enjoys all aspects of the hairstyling process including chemical and non-chemical treatments and is a skilled colorist, however, her special area of interest is cutting and in particular creating styles for fine hair. Kat feels fortunate that she is able to pursue a career she loves.
Leslie Hartley
Leslie Hartley has worked professionally behind the chair for over 20 years. Leslie started her career in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She moved onto further her education working with top salon educators in Greenville, N.C. In 2017, Leslie joined our salon company bringing a wealth of experience for creating beautiful cuts, styles, and colors. This includes balayage, highlights, fashion colors, and color corrections. Leslie’s mission is to ensure every guest leaves the salon feeling full of confidence “The best hairstylists never stop learning” unknown
Jessica Carter
Jessica Carter has had a love for doing hair for a very long time even before school she would do her hair and friends and families hair, after going to cosmetology school her love for hair became stronger she took a little break before getting her license to raise her kids but once she got her license she made sure to get into a salon and do what she loves, her favorite thing to do is color and make people feel beautiful her number one priority is listening to her guest and giving them what they ask for she enjoys making people happy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and her husband may it be going to the park, the beach or just a day at the ball field cheering on her two boys while they play ball.
Valerie Nixon
Valerie obtained her aesthetics license and started her career in 2016. Driven by her inquisitive passion for skincare, Valerie continues to make learning and growing a top priority. She specializes in peels and customizing facials to meet each guest’s individual needs. Her favorite part of skincare is making people look and feel their best. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys traveling, theme parks and spending time with her family.
Krystle Echeandia
Krystle has a passion for learning new fun trends for nails. Her attention to detail shows in her beautiful work on nails and lashes. Krystle’s sense of humor and bubbly personality makes her clients time in her chair enjoyable, comfortable, and full of fun. Since the industry is always changing advanced training is attended so Krystle can always stay up to date with the latest trends in the beauty world. In her personal time, she enjoys some r&r with her hubby & their two dogs Foxy & Fenix, spending time with her family & friends, & loves theme parks.
Shannon Spencer
Shannon has been in the industry for 26 years, the last 15 in a Summit Salon. Shannon specializes in manicures, pedicures, Gels, Gel Polish, Dipping System, and Acrylic. Pink and white acrylic is her specialty. As the industry changes, she is eager to learn anything new that maybe beneficial to her clients.
When she isn’t working, you can find her in your local CrossFit or boxing gym. She also enjoys kayaking or anything on or near the water, as well as spending time with her Pomeranian and her family.
Ashley Purvis
Ashley is a Vero Beach native. She has always been passionate about the beauty industry and is currently enrolled in the cosmetology program at Indian River State College. When she’s not at school or working at the salon, she loves spending time with her son or going to the gym.
Kimberly Bowman
I am a cut and color specialist with 16 years of experience and am also skilled in many other services. I am a Redken Expert and was a brand ambassador for several years. I’m skilled in many color lines including Redken, Matrix, Aveda, Pravana, Joico, Pulp Riot, and many more. As well as their styling products and special color and foil placement techniques. I am outgoing and absolutely love my career. It is my passion. Nothing makes me happier than making my client feel great about themselves. Pictures are everything. You bring one I can match it. We will put together the right look for You based on your wants, needs, face shape, and skin tone. We can do anything from traditional colors or highlights to the creative unique cuts and color with balayage or fantasy colors. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, going on our boats and jet skis. I am engaged and we have a 10-month-old daughter and me 14 yr old son and a 16 yr old stepdaughter. I was born in Vero and live in Sebastian. This is my home and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
Amira Behlok
Amira has had a passion for beauty ever since she was a little girl! With growing up as a competitive dancer, she has always been drawn to the power of makeup and skincare, and how confident it can make you feel! After high school, Amira knew that she wanted to turn her passion for beauty into her career, and got her license in February of 2020. She loves keeping up to date on new skincare and makeup trends! She has furthered her education by taking additional classes in lash extensions, and is currently double certified! Amira loves helping girls gain confidence in themselves, because she, too, has also struggled with acne-prone skin growing up! She also loves sharing her knowledge in the makeup application and products! Her passion and love for her career truly shine through her work!
