Hair Envy Inc. Salon & Spa, a Vero Beach, FL hair salon, was founded in 2007 by Deborah and Kimberly Orr. After over a decade in the salon industry, the two have fulfilled their dream of opening their own hair salon together in Vero Beach.
There are no limits to what our stylists can do with your hair, including balayage, color/highlights, Ouidad for curly hair, and even formal hair styling. Trends are always coming and going, and our goal at Hair Envy Inc. Salon & Spa is to meet your specific needs at any given moment.
MEET OUR TEAM
Kimberly Orr-Monto
Kimberly Orr- Monto started her career in 2005. It didn’t take long for her to have a following of clients that appreciate her attention to detail. Kimberly loves owning a salon so that she and her team can create the perfect experience. She feels that building staff through apprenticeship is the best approach so that all of the stylists have the same core training and workmanship. She has trained under some of the nation’s best stylists and educators making her one of the most sought-after stylists in the Vero Beach area. When not at the salon Kimberly enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, working out and dining out.
Rylee Lasken
My favorite part about working in this industry is seeing how happy people are after getting their hair done. I have always enjoyed getting my hair done, and I am so excited to give others that experience. Color is definitely my favorite! Other than hair, i love going to the beach and spending time outdoors.
Ashley Diaz
I am a Redken Specialist who is passionate about creating beautiful haircuts and colors to fit your lifestyle and personality. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and son!
Jessica Carter
My name is Jessica, I have been working at hair envy for a little over 6 years now and I love it, I enjoy making people love the way they look and feel good about their hair. I love making my clients feel beautiful and confident.
Stephanie Kelsey
My name is Stephanie and I’ve been a cosmetologist for 6 years. I love what I do. I’m m passionate about giving my clients hair they love and can manage for their individual styles and personalities.

My name is Hailey Owens I am one of the stylist at hair envy I love being able to help my clients achieve their hair goals so they can fully express their personality and also have it being functional for each one’s individual lifestyle
Kayla Chitty
I’m a passionate hairstylist and makeup artist with a love for hair transformations. I specialize in vivid colors and enjoy creating unique looks that make my clients feel confident. I also have a passion for makeup, whether it’s for weddings or theatrical purposes. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my husband and dog.
Asya Bailey
Hi, my name is Asya, and I’ve been cutting / styling hair for 21 years. I’m very passionate about short/ fine hair although I love doing all styles, lengths, and textures.
In my free time I enjoy crafting, painting shopping and just spending time w my lovely husband.
Suzanne Schindler
My experience has helped me to create a truly unique skincare program for all skin types. My background is as a Medical Aesthetician and Reflexologist in New York. I specialize in anti-aging, super hydration, and skin balancing treatments. I love doing peels, dermaplaning, brow shaping and more. My treatments will help heal your skin and relax your body and mind. Outside of skincare, I enjoy spending time with my husband and newly adopted kitten, “Pickles”.
Valerie Nixon
Valerie obtained her aesthetics license and started her career in 2016. Driven by her inquisitive passion for skincare, Valerie continues to make learning and growing a top priority. She specializes in peels and customizing facials to meet each guest’s individual needs. Her favorite part of skincare is making people look and feel their best. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys traveling, theme parks and spending time with her family.
Leah Trodglen
Hi, my name is Leah; I am a receptionist! I am responsible for scheduling and I’m always here to answer questions, whether it’s in the salon or over the phone! I love spending time with family and friends. I aspire to be an esthetician and hope to help others express themselves through their own skin! I hope I will be able to help you to schedule your next appointment on achieving your hair goals!
Sarah Robaina
My name is Sarah Robaina and I am responsible for scheduling appointments. I also enjoy assisting everyone with questions when stylists are preoccupied. I love to spend time with my family and new puppy. I am an aspiring cosmetologist and hope to work as a hairstylist one day. I can’t wait to book your next appointment at Hair Envy!

Hi My name is Emily. I’m a Receptionist. I’m and aspiring Cosmologist. Early next year I’ll be starting Cosmology school. I love everything hair and beauty! I love to spend time with my family as well as going to the beach in my free time.
